ventilatiesysteem is a website of Varamedia BV. We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Varamedia BV, reachable at info@varamedia.be.
When you complete a form on ventilatiesysteem, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, phone number and message) to handle your request. We also collect anonymised usage statistics.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. To exercise these rights, e-mail info@varamedia.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
This website uses cookies. More information can be found in our cookie policy.
When you complete the form or the ventilation check, we collect your personal data (name, contact details, address and the details of your request) to handle it. We may forward this data through our partner Solvari to suitable ventilation installers in your region, so they can provide you with a no-obligation quote.
Your data is only used to handle your request. You are under no obligation and can withdraw your request or have your data removed via our contact page.
After sending the ventilation check, you can also share photos of your ventilation with us. This is optional and not part of handling your request: Solvari and the installers do not receive these photos. We ask for separate permission. On the basis of that permission, we show a photo as an example on the site, without your name or address.
When you upload a photo, we remove the hidden data from it, such as the location, the time and the device. Internally, we do keep a reference to your request with each photo. Until we have checked a photo, it is not publicly available. We check every photo ourselves first: we do not use photos with faces, house numbers, number plates or names. After that check, we delete any photo we do not use. A photo we do use appears 7 days after upload at the earliest and can stay online for as long as your permission applies.
You can withdraw this permission at any time via info@varamedia.be. We will then remove your photos from the site and delete them.
