C+
System C+ is a system C with sensors that drive extraction on humidity and CO2, so you only ventilate where and when needed. It is often the strongest choice for renovation: the comfort of controlled ventilation without full supply and extraction ducts.
Does C+ suit my home?
With system C+, fresh air enters through self-regulating window grilles and stale air is mechanically extracted from the wet rooms (bathroom, kitchen, toilet). The difference from a plain system C is the control: sensors measure humidity and CO2 and raise extraction only when needed. You save energy while keeping healthy indoor air.
C+ suits renovation well and homes where full ducts for a system D are difficult. You gain noticeably more comfort than a basic system C, at a lower investment and simpler ductwork than system D.
